It is a very exciting time for us at Hive!! We are currently in the process of putting together our website,and are now taking photos of our wares. As you can see, we have hired the best of the best in photography :)

This was a centerpiece idea, using a cake stand, glass dome and some mini trophies from Hive. I especially liked the use of the old picture.....it's my handsome Dad. You can really use anything that means something to you, like a pair of your grandmothers glasses, a medal from your grandfather or an old postcard in place of the picture.

This is a wonderful line of bedding available at Hive. Is is 100% , washable Belgian linen. It is absolutely the most wonderful bedding I have ever owned and the more you wash it the softer it gets. So a new friend suggested that I start a blog about my decorating business and store. ( I am wondering if she knows that I can hardly navigate the isles at a supermarket, much less cyberspace.) However I have no problems navigating my way through a hardware store, paint fan deck, estate sale or tile warehouse. This blog will be a great spot for design advice, really eccentric accessories, and custom items, and even story boards for the not so do-it yourself projects. I am so excited and look forward to helping you make your hive a home.
