WOW!!! So I am currently looking for a GREAT tea cake recipe to try. (with the help of my mini chef of course). I would love your ideas, with the holidays close at hand. We love conducting these little science experiments at the hive.

I don't have a good tea cake recipe (do you ice yours with chocolate?) but I will be a taste-tester! :)
ReplyDeleteAmy, I have been trying to remember who I had heard had a great teacake recipe and today it finally came to me - - - Ruth Jackson! I emailed Denise and she confirmed her Mother had a great recipe and would try to get a copy of it to me. Now, I can not swear by them as I have never had them myself but that is part of the fun in finding a new recipe - testing it out. I have told Denise to give it to you but if not, I will forward it to you.
